Starting at the top left and reading from left to right the images are:-

American Oystercatcher - images 1,2,3 - a comparison with other species may be of interest.

Forster's Tern - three consecutive shots - images 4, 5, 6 - as the bird caught a small minnow under the Stone Harbor bridge.

Great Egret - images 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 - great in-flight shots.

Green Heron - image 13 - note orange legs whereas Night Herons have similar plumage but yellow legs.

Osprey - images 14 to 23 - note chicks have deep orange eyes whereas adult eyes are pale yellow.

Red Knot - image 24 - in between two Ruddy Turnstones and 25 - note black beak and black legs.

Red-winged-Blackbird - image 26 from 2012 for comparison with image 27.

Ruddy Turnstone - image 28 - splendid example of this bird in breeding plumage.

Sanderling - image 29 - usually seen running about in the edge of the water.

Semi-palmated Plover - images 30, 31, 32 - superb shots.

Semi-palmated Sandpiper - images 33 and 34.

White-breasted Nuthatch - image 35 - photographed in Wilmington.

Willet - images 36 and 37.

Yellow-crowned Night Heron - image 38.
